For group visits we welcome parties of all kinds. We are particularly keen to encourage organised school visits.
Using the lecture room/workshop adjacent to the professional making workshop, we invite small groups to see how instruments are made (groups must be no more than 15 at a time).
Depending on the group, we can offer various experiences including observing aspects of instrument making, lecture style talks about instrument making and hands on experience of activities such as filing keys, turning wood and other processes.
We can provide workshop aprons, hand tools and materials.
There is no charge for these visits but if budget allows, donations are very welcome.

We are very keen to encourage young learners to visit; school visits and group bookings are welcomed.
Visits can also include hands-on experience.
