EARLY INSTRUMENT EXHIBITION & POP-UP SHOP - 25 JUNE 2017
Our Early Instrument Exhibition and Pop-Up Shop seems to have become an annual event!
Our ever-popular Trumpet Making team decided in 2015 that we should use our annual Trumpet Making Workshop as an opportunity to display instruments made by themselves and their contemporaries, together with the other instruments made in the workshop. We have now had two of these very sucessful events and hope to continue it for many years to come.
For one day only Stapleford Granary and The Champion Workshop will have on display a whole range of Early Instruments made by local and international instrument makers who are also tutors on our courses.
You, your friends and family are invited to come and view, play, and learn about the instruments, their makers and their history. Some instruments will be available for sale and there will be timed demonstrations of skills used throughout the day.
This is also a wonderful opportunity to learn more about our workshop and courses so please drop in and see us.
Artisanal Coffee by local coffee rosters, Hot Numbers will be available on site.
Everyone is Welcome!
